CU Ralphie Red
Garnet Red in color: This blend has wonderful berry and caramel notes on the nose, along with a hint of smoke. It has a creamy and silky mouth feel, which softens significantly with air; maybe use a decanter. The flavors develop slowly across the palate, and the tannins are well balanced. The soft acidity creates a juicy, lingering finish.
CU Ralphie White
Bella Grace Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale straw hue, radiating clarity. Its aroma delicately balances white peaches and zesty lime rind. The well-distributed acidity ensures a light, crisp, and refreshing palate. Try pairing this with grilled asparagus and lemon herb chicken.
